Included in the Annual Membership fee:

  • In-person appointments (house calls or office visits)

  • Fluoroscopic-guided interventional pain management injections or procedures, including radiofrequency ablations*

  • Specialized injectables such as viscosupplementation (gel shots), PRP, BOTOX, or stem cells*

Dr. Cara is not a primary care physician. Neither Cara Cares nor Dr. Cara participates in health insurance or HMO plans, and Dr. Cara has opted out of Medicare. As the first concierge-only interventional pain management physician in Florida, Dr. Cara plans to keep his practice small by increasing the Annual Membership Fee for new Members as the practice grows. Cara Cares Members renewing their Annual Memberships will retain the rate at which they joined for three years or more, but new Members will pay a higher rate.

Dr. Cara will continue to raise the Cara Cares Annual Membership Fee as the practice grows to ensure continued premium service. When he reaches 50 Members, he will cap the practice at that size or add another physician.
